Please register for paperless with IPM

In the drive to go paperless, Property owners on Brooklands are advised that if you do not Opt-in to paperless, a surcharge will be added to your service charge invoice from mid 2024 to cover postal costs.

If you are not able to log in to your portal account to update your details to 'email' for correspondence, please email our IPM property manager on C.Rhodes@ipm.uk to confirm your requirement for electronic correspondence only. On your portal at the top left you will see a Tenant Ref (your user name) with the number format of: 766-0x-xxx This will appear on your invoices and most account communications from IPM.

We ask that all Brooklands property owners register for an online account via the IPM tenant portal using your Tenant Ref number.

To help us save on postal charges and to be kind to the environment, please consider updating 'My Details' on the menu, selecting EMAIL for Method of Correspondence and also add to receive urgent updates by SMS if you have provided a mobile phone number with your registration.

Your directors visited the offices of Inspired in Doncaster during January. We met the heads of departments and the team who will be responsible for Brooklands. They are preparing a budget for 2023 and it is our intention to keep costs at the same level as they were in 2022. Invoices will be issued within the next 10 days so please do register on the portal by 10 February if you can find the time. It should take you less than 3 minutes.

IPM are planning to issue member invitations to attend a General Meeting at Mercury House, to update you on our current financial position, to outline the year ahead and to report on the handover from RMG.
